What is the difference between HMO and EPO coverage?
The county that your child resides in determines if they will receive EPO or HMO coverage. The main difference is the provider network. For HMO, you must select a Personal Physician that will provide or coordinate all care for your children. For EPO, you can select any provider who is part of our PPO network each time you access care.
