What is the difference between HH (Head Holding) and Rate mode in regards to my tail gyro?

In Head Holding mode the gyro will bring the heli back to an initial heading after it has experienced a disturbance. In Rate mode the gyro will dampen the motion of the tail to a stop after you’ve moved it. It will not correct for strong disturbances.
