What is the difference between Hermes I and Hermes II?
Hermes I is more of an instant messaging system and is meant to be used for important messages which may also be urgent. Very few messages are expected to be for Hermes I so if in doubt ask first. Hermes II is a weekly distribution, much freer in its content. More information for both programs on what is acceptable is available from the submit link on the menu on the left column.
