What Is The Difference Between Harmonic Mean And Geometric Mean?

0

Harmonic Mean is basically a kind of average. It is the reciprocal value of the Arithmetic Mean of a reciprocal. On the other hand, a geometric mean is also a kind of average. It is indicative of the central tendency of a set of numbers. It is calculated by multiplying the set of numbers and finding the nth root of the result. Harmonic mean tends towards the least elements in the set whereas the Geometric mean tends towards the central number in the set. The Harmonic mean is always the least of other averages whereas the Geometric mean is always in between the Harmonic mean and the Arithmetic mean.
