What is the difference between harmful magnetic fields and beneficial magnetic fields?

0

Harmful magnetic fields, also know as “electro-smog”, are man-made, unnatural extremely high frequency (Hz) electromagnetic fields that come from electrical wiring and equipment such as power lines, cell phones, computers, and TVs. They can cause stress, which drains our energy, disrupts cell communication and metabolism. Beneficial magnetic fields are very low frequencies that are equivalent to the natural frequencies of the body i.e. the four brain states (alpha, beta, theta, and delta), soft tissues, bone, nerves, the heart, and other organs. Adding a balancing charge to the cells with beneficial magnetic fields puts the body into a state of balance, so it can heal itself.
