What is the difference between hard copy and electronic copy materials?
Hard copy materials are shipped through the postal system to your address. Hard copy materials may come in paper format or CD-rom format, depending on the material ordered. Electronic copy materials can be downloaded directly to your computer from My Downloads located on your My Training page.
