GroupVille Full includes six components, most notably the document component, with a wide range of features for archiving and sharing files. GroupVille Lite only includes two components (bookmark and discussion). Otherwise, all features are identical. Additionally, GroupVille Lite only includes free web-based support. GroupVille Full customers receive 3 to 12 months of unlimited e-mail support for GroupVille and up to 6 months of unlimited e-mail support for Frontbase. You can upgrade from Lite to Full at any time.
