What is the difference between gray water and groundwater?
Ground water is water that comes from an underground source usually a well or spring. Gray water is waste water usually from a house or building that does not contain any solids or human waste (like pee or poop). Gray water usually comes from a sink or washing machine and may not run into a septic system or other form of treatment.
