Both products are available for Silverlight and Flash. GOA WinForms offers the basic features allowing creating RIA (Rich Internet Application) by programming in C# using the classical Windows Forms application model. GOA WinForms is free. GOA WinForms Professional offers more advanced features and controls (grid, navigation bar, advanced editing controls …). GOA WinForms Professional is not free.
