What is the difference between getting an administrative credential and completing a masters degree?

0

Both require completion of field work (EDAD 693 and 694) and the culminating examination (EDAD 698). The master’s degree requires two additional courses: Educational Statistics (EDRS 680) and Research Design and Analysis (EDRS 681). The master’s degree may be completed in as little as nine months. On the other hand, all course work for the master’s degree must be completed within seven years. There is no maximum time limit for completion of the Preliminary Administrative Services Credential.
