What is the difference between Germstar and Purell?
Similar to majority of the gel sanitizers on the market, Purell is a 60-65% ethanol based gel solution whereas Germstar is a 70% isopropanol based rinse. Studies indicate superior killing activity with a 70% isopropanol rinse without the residue that remains on the skins surface or the dryness typically associated with a gel.
