What is the Difference Between Gas and Electric Floor Plans?
The natural gas supplied apartments have gas heating and gas stoves, and use electric for air conditioning and other appliances. The electric only apartments have electric heating, air conditioning, and appliances. Apartments using gas have an HVAC equipment closet off the balcony/patio, while in electric only apartments the outside closet is empty and available for storage.
