What is the difference between Galaxy Cable Internet and DSL?
Although both cable modems and DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) are broadband technologies, there are many differences. DSL is a telephone modem technology that runs though traditional copper wiring. It uses the telephone line to carry digital data to and from you computer to the Internet, but in order for the DSL signal to work, the copper wire must be less than 13,000 feet away from the Telephone Company’s central office.
