What is the difference between Full Tort and Limited Tort and which would you perfer with an 2007 Jeep Patriot?

Full tort allows you to sue the at fault party for pain & suffering for any injury. Limited tort only allows you to sue the at fault party for pain & suffering for certain injuries. You usually can’t sue for soft tissue injuries (whiplash, strain & sprain) with limited tort. Without knowing your State, I cannot tell you what the limited tort injury limitations are. The best person to ask is your agent. He or she will be able to explain this to you & give you quotes for both options. Then you can make an informed decision.
