WorldTV offers two types of channels: FTA ( Free-to-Air) and Encrypted. FTA channels are unscrambled. This means they can be received with a DVB compliant MPEG-2 receiver package. Encrypted channels are scrambled, and require a monthly subscription in addition to the home satellite system purchase price.
