Franklin Park Arts Center is managed and staffed by Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services and receives funding from County Government. The Friends of Franklin Park Arts Center is a 501c3 non profit advisory and fundraising board that was formed in 2005 and is dedicated to the success of Franklin Park Arts Center.
