What is the difference between Foof Chairs and Bean Bag Chairs?
The secret is inside the chair. The Foof Chair is filled with soft, pillow-like shredded foam. This patented urethane foam filling engulfs you in a soothing cushion of foam while providing ample support for young and old alike. This soft, long-lasting material does not break down over time, as polystyrene “beans” do, but can be “re-foofed” again and again to get that brand new, sinking-in feeling every time. The traditional bean bag is filled with poly- styrene beads (similar to a foam cup). These are small round bb shaped beads. They do not give very much when you sit on them and have to be replaced every year or so because they flatten out over time. The Foof chair is more relaxing to sit in because there are no pressure points or hard edges.
