What is the difference between foil highlights and normal highligts?
Foil highlights is when someone seperates your hair by hand and brushes on highlights indivially into small pieces of foil. Normal highlights is a tight cap that is placed over your head and someone pulls little pieces of hair through the cap with a small hook. Foiling is more expensive, but it is painless. Normal highlights are cheaper, but very painful. If your hair is any longer than two inches than your gonna want to fork out the extra money for the foil job.
