What is the difference between First Class mailing and Standard (Bulk) mailing?
First Class mailing typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive from the time it is received by the Post Office, depending on your proximity to Portland, Oregon. All time sensitive material should be sent via First Class mailing. Standard (bulk) mailing is available for Jumbo and Giant cards only, for a quantity of 100 or more for Jumbo, or 200 or more for Giant. It may take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery and is not recommended for time sensitive material. Standard Mail does not provide return service.
