Art classes focus on the Visual Arts and address AKS specifically for Visual Arts. Fine Arts integrates activities in Visual Arts, Music, Theatre Arts and Movement. The curriculum for Fine Arts addresses selected AKS in Visual Arts and General Music as well as many Language Arts and Social Studies curriculum from the regular classroom. Theatre Arts curriculum are based on Georgia State Standards for Elementary Arts Education. In addition, we are doing some special activities to integrate with our school goal of improving Writing and Math instruction in my classes.
