WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EXCLUDING MYSELF AND OBJECTING?

0

There is an important difference between objecting to the Settlement and excluding yourself from the Settlement. Exclusion means that you are no longer a member of the Settlement Class and do not want to be subject to the Settlements terms and conditions. Once excluded, you lose any right to object to the Settlement because the case no longer affects you, and you will not receive any Settlement benefits. Objection means that you object to some aspect of the Settlement but wish to remain a member of the Settlement Class and to be subject to the Settlement. An objection allows your views to be heard in Court.
