What is the difference between Equal Opportunity Programs (EOP) training and that offered by the Vice Provost for Faculty Recruitment & Retention (vpfrr)?
EOP and vpfrr share a common mission: encouraging the creation of diverse candidate pools, promoting equitable hiring procedures university-wide and conducting search committee training. Because the subject matter is so complimentary, the two offices often work in tandem to provide face-to-face training for search committees.
