What Is The Difference Between Episcopal And Catholic Beliefs?
For me, that Episcopal church was like elementary school. I experienced the Love of God; I learned the sacraments, particularly confession. I served at the altar; set up, I know the difference between a corporal and a purificator…. I carried communion to the sick…. THEN, when I discovered Eternal Word Television Network; I discovered the difference. In the Episcopal Church you can worship beside another member. I believed in the Real Presence; the one beside me could approve of gay marriage. That was especially pronounced by the election of a female bishop! Episcopalians are generally dignified and polite. They don’t often argue. But there’s not the unity. One priest may hear confessions; another will not.
