What is the difference between dynamical LSR and standard solar LSR?

The component of the sun’s motion in the direction of the target, assuming the standard solar motion of 20 km s-1 towards RA 18h, Dec +30o (1900), is written to the header keyword V_LSRSTD. In V_LSRDYN, we provide the sun’s velocity toward the target assuming the dynamical solar motion of of 16.6 km s-1 towards l = 53, b = +25. V_LSRDYN and V_LSRSTD are provided for informational purposes only. They are not used by the calibration software.
