What is the difference between DTS Service Catalog and Remedy Service Catalog? Are they the same?
No, they are not the same. They may use the same terminology “service catalog”, but their functions are different. DTS service catalog is a list of billable DTS services with prices associated with them. This list is on our DTS Internet and available for DTS customers to purchase our services. On the other hand, the DTS ITSM SRMS Service Catalog is used by DTS customers to request non-billable DTS services such as creating an incident, resetting passwords, mainframe jobs, and certain network requests. There is no cost associated with ordering services from the DTS ITSM SRMS Service Catalog.
