If you have DSL Access Only, your monthly DSL bill is split between FrogNet and Verizon. Each month, you are probably paying $30-$40 on your Verizon phone bill for the DSL phone line fee. In addition, you are paying FrogNet $19.95 for your Internet Access. If you switch to DSL Complete, you will combine the two charges into one invoice from FrogNet and you should see a savings! Price is not the only difference between the two packages. DSL Complete uses an authentication protocol called PPPoE, while DSL Access Only does not. More info about PPPoE can be found below.
