What is the difference between drywall and sheetrock?
Drywall is a commonly used building material used for interior ceilings and walls that is sold in sheets from 4’x8′, to 4’x16′ in size Drywall is also called gypsum board, wallboard, plasterboard or gyproc (brand name sold in Canada). Sheetrock just is a brand of drywall distributed by United States Gypsum Company.
