What is the difference between Disk Image Management and Initial Disk Imaging?
Disk Image Management service allows an organization’s Toughbook mobile computers to be re-imaged at Panasonic’s National Service Center when the unit is sent in for a repair requiring re-imaging of the hard drive. Initial Disk Imaging is the term used to describe the installation of the customer’s unique image at the time of initial deployment.
