A. HUGHES actually started shipping DIRECWAY-enabled systems earlier this year. If you have a DirecPC system that is running Version 4.0 or higher, you have DIRECWAY-enabled hardware that was launched prior to the branding of our new service and technology. If you are not running Version 4.0 or higher, you have a traditional DirecPC system and two options: If you are a DirecPC customer in good standing, we will provide you discounted DIRECWAY hardware to offset the cost of your original DirecPC system, or you can continue to use your DirecPC system… it’s your choice.
