What is the difference between designing and developing a training course?
When you design training, you are deciding on what the content of the training will be. Once this is done you lay out the course outline, determine what training methodologies will be utilized, and how long the course or class will be. When you develop training materials, you are taking the next step. This is when the actual visual aids are created, support materials for learning exercise are made, training manuals are written, and all necessary copies are reproduced. At this point the training is ready for delivery.
