What is the difference between DBS Autophone and Phone Banking?
The difference is: Phone Banking Autophone Access 1800-339 6666 (for POSB account holders); and 1800-111 1111 (for DBS account holders and customers with both DBS and POSB accounts) 1800-222 2222 Authentication 8-digit User ID and 7-digit PIN Account number and 6 or 7-digit PIN only Call Flow You need to key in your User ID and 7-digit PIN only once at the point of entry to perform all desired transactions You need to key in your account number and PIN for each transaction You can choose to enter your account numbers or have them read out for selection You have to key in account numbers You are allowed a maximum of eight minutes per call to perform as many transactions as you like You can make up to five transactions per call
