What is the difference between Daily & Manual sessions?

Daily session is a session that is always ON, it starts when you run Footsteps application. It resets automatically each day. Manual session does not start automatically; you need to touch Start to turn it on. Note that the current daily session continues even if you start a manual one. They are independent; resetting one does not affect the other.
