What is the difference between Cynosure’s class A and class B common stock?
Holders of the company’s class A common stock and class B common stock are each entitled to one vote per share on all matters on which stockholders are entitled to vote, except that holders of class B common stock have the right separately to elect and remove a majority of the members of our board of directors, to approve amendments to our bylaws adopted by our stockholders and to approve amendments to specified provisions of our certificate of incorporation.
