What is the difference between “CV Outcomes, Inc.” and “Outcomes Instruments, LLC”?
We license our instruments to a broad spectrum of clients, from huge pharmaceutical companies doing large-scale multicenter trials, to individual physicians taking care of their own patients. We use one or the other of these entities to issue these licenses, depending on the client and client application. CV Outcomes, Inc. is a 501©(3) non-profit entity that issues licenses for physicians, physician groups, hospitals, students, researchers, etc. Outcomes Instruments, LLC is a for-profit entity that issues licenses for pharmaceutical and device manufacturers, biotech firms, information system vendors, and other corporate entities. Based on what you tell us about your organization and application, we’ll specify which of our two organizations is involved in your project.
