What is the difference between Cranial Sacral therapy (CST) and Lymphatic Drainage (LDT)?
Cranial and lymphatic work are both light touch pressure work that is unlike traditional massage and deep tissue work. Both work on facilitating the fluid systems within the body (cerebral spinal fluid and lymphatic fluid systems) to rebalance. CST helps clear the sacrum and the bones of the cranium of any restrictions. LDT helps clear the lymphatic system of any lymphatic blockages throughout the entire body including the organs.
