There is a BIG difference! First of all, our cotton linter sheets are pure unprocessed cotton. Linter is the short fiber next to the cotton seed and because of the size of its fiber when it is made into a pulp is able to reproduce the detailed impression of our molds. It is also acid free. The linter breaks down into a pulp that is east to spread evenly over the mold for a smooth and detailed casting. The other fibers in the toilet paper or paper towels can not do this and they are not acid free.
