The Minimum Buildability Score for COP 2005 is increased by 3 points except for Institutional and Others Category. School Category is also added. Like COP 2004, COP 2005 is easier to use as it measures wall lengths instead of wall areas in the earlier COP’s before COP 2004. Also, the weightage for wall systems has been increased from 30 points to 40 points and bonus points have been introduced. Some users have found that they can get higher scores using COP 2005 instead of the older versions.
