COP 2004 is easier to use as it measures wall lengths instead of wall areas in the earlier COP’s. Also, the weightage for wall systems has been increased from 30 points to 40 points and bonus points have been introduced. Some users have found that they can get higher scores using COP 2004 instead of the older versions.
