What is the difference between contributing to the Club’s PAC and to the candidates and to the Club itself? How is that money used?
Donations to the Club for Growth are used to support our work to promote public policies that encourage a high growth economy primarily through legislative involvement, issue advocacy, research, training and educational activity. Donations to the Club for Growth PAC are used for political purposes such as running TV ads as independent expenditures urging voters to elect or defeat a candidate for Congress. Donations to the candidates are obviously for candidates’ campaigns and are forwarded directly to the campaign along with contributions from other Club members.
