What is the difference between contracts that are avoid, Violable and unenforceable?
I think you mean VOID, VOIDABLE, and UNENFORCEABLE. A void contract has no effect, from the beginning. It is totally without effect on either party. A voidable contract is a contract that one party, at his election, can unilaterally terminate if he wishes. Common example are contracts between an adult and a minor. The minor has the option to avoid this contract – making it a voidable contract. An unenforceable contract is a valid contract but will not be enforced by the courts, usually because it is against public policy. An example is a contract to commit murder. If the hitman doesn’t honor his contractual obligation, the courts are not going to enforce the contract.
