What is the difference between completing Vasomedical/ScottCare clinical training and credentialing?
Vasomedical and ScottCare clinical training instructs the therapist in the basics of ECP theory and application. It is a learning experience. It prepares the student to practice ECP. The credentialing that IETA is pursuing is a way of measuring and documenting a therapist’s knowledge and skill level in the practice of ECP. Credentialing offers a way of standardizing the knowledge and skill level therapists must have to perform safe and effective ECP.
