What is the difference between Communism, Socialism & Social Democracy?
The theory of communism advocates class war (class struggle) and leading to a society in which all property is publicly owned and each person works and is paid according to their abilities and needs. Social democracy combines the principles of socialism with the greater personal freedom of democracy, while socialism is based on everyone having an equal right to a share of a country’s wealth and that the government should own and control the main industries. Sweden & Denmark are social democratic countries, and so far they are not a dystopia. Britain has become a social democratic country since Labour has been in office (12 years) but only to an extent because of opposition (conservative/lib dems/UKIP…. the other parties basically). A mixed economy is an economic system combining private and public. Im not too sure about your last question because Im not American but it’s impossible to have pure capitalism, socialism, & communism anyway. It doesn’t work.
