COLAs Online at: https://www.ttbonline.gov/colasonline/ is the authenticated part of the COLAs Online System requiring username and password to electronically submit label applications or search for e-filed label applications. The Public COLA Registry at: https://www.ttbonline.gov/colasonline/ publicSearchColasBasic.do is the public module of the COLAs Online System that requires no username and password and contains as required by the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), details of only Approved, Expired, Surrendered or Revoked COLAs for viewing by the general public, as well as a printable version of the COLA if available.
