The SHINE moisturizer can be used as a base and top coat with LIP-INK COLOURS, or can be used alone to soothe and nourish dry lips. The CLEAR has the same ingredients that make up LIP-INK COLOUR minus the pigment. This helps to “lock” in the magic powders, or to replace one or two of the layers of colour in the application of three layers of LIP-INK COLOUR. Remember three layers of LIP-INK COLOUR are required for maximum staying power.
