What is the difference between clean and dirty metals?
Clean metals are free from any other metals or impurities. Metals are considered dirty when there is any other grade of metal attached to it. The most common example is Dirty Aluminum. Dirty Aluminum has screws, nails, rivets, or any other metals attached to it. When metal is referred to as dirty, that doesn’t mean you need to get out a bar of soap and start scrubbing. Your most likely cleaning tool will be a screwdriver.
