What is the difference between Clark Pinnacle, RCI, and California Military Communities (CMC)?
[top of page] CMC is the company that owns and operates military housing at Moffett Field and Camp Parks. RCI is the government initiative that has caused the project to take place. The RCI office helps represent the interests of the Army for the project. Clark Pinnacle, a joint venture between Clark Realty Capital, LLC of Bethesda, Md. and Pinnacle of Seattle, is the private company that will be handling property management, maintenance, and construction activities for the project.
