In a ceramic infrared sauna the heat is generally emitted from 6 to 8 ceramic fittings approx 10x20cm in size – if you like spot heating. In a panelled infrared sauna the heat is emitted all around the sauna and on the floor allowing for full body bathing. Panelled Infrared Saunas are more expensive but provide a far superior sauna experience.
