What is the difference between centre and trainer registration?
All CIEH qualifications must be delivered via a CIEH registered centre and a CIEH registered trainer. The centre is the administration hub and is responsible for the control, management and co-ordination of training delivery, examination materials and results distribution. The trainer is responsible for the successful design, delivery and specific administration of any CIEH qualification training programme. This includes provision of pre-course information and assessment administration. Upon registration, centres and trainers are presented with an agreement which details the procedures and standards that must be observed when delivering CIEH qualifications. CIEH registered centres and trainers are presented with a Charter certificate that confirms the commitment to quality of the centre and trainer.
