CellAlert™ Service is a globally recognized trademark of the International Association of Councils for Emergency Alert Solutions, CEASa International, and made available through its national chapters for identifying products and services that are in compliance with the fifteen (15) point CellAlert™ Standards for Cellular Emergency Alert Services. The CellAlert™ Service is totally compliant with CMAS Part 10 rules and standards. CMAS is an FCC rule that defines the criteria for voluntary participation in cell-broadcast emergency text messaging service in the USA. CMAS is compliant with 12 of the 15 CellAlert™ Services Standard requirements.
