The CellAlert™ Service is totally compliant with CMAS Part 10 rules and standards. CMAS is an FCC rule that defines the criteria for voluntary participation in cell-broadcast emergency text messaging service in the USA. CMAS is compliant with 12 of the 15 CellAlert™ Services Standard requirements.
