We offer a #1 grade cedar in all heights and a #1 grade Pressure Treated Pine in 5’ and 6’ heights only. All other Pressure Treated Pine boards will be of #2 grade. Cedar is the most attractive and is definitely the least likely to warp, crack, split, or shrink. Both Pressure Treated Pine and cedar weather to a natural grey unless treated with a wood preservative. Allied Fence Company of Greensboro recommends Cabots Stain.
